We originally met Rick when we had a property in Stoney Creek and wanted a second opinion. Fast forward two years and we purchased a condo with Rick in Burlington. Always kept in contact with us even during the reno stage, answered any question I had regarding the reno and other issues and believe me we had a few with the condo property management that our lawyer missed on the purchased. When it was time to sell we had three offers, because of the issue with condo we lost the offer we agreed to and later another two! That did not stop Rick we worked together to make a few changes with the condo board (who by the way were very accommodating, Arthex Property Management) and Bam... SOLD!
