We originally met Rick when we had a property in Stoney Creek and wanted a second opinion. Fast forward two years and we purchased a condo with Rick in Burlington. Always kept in contact with us even during the reno stage, answered any questions I had regarding the reno and other issues, and believe me we had a few with the condo property management that our lawyer missed on the purchase.
